Total War developer Creative Assembly have promoted the event, throwing in complimentary copies of Warhammer III to the top 3 players and hosting the finals on their official platforms, but by and large this huge undertaking is as grassroots as they come. Community funded and community led, with months of Discord messages and YouTube streams. It’s the result of the participation and hard work of over 700 players, referees, and organisers.
